A big part of staying calm with an active life is planning your dinners.
(I do it a week at a time.)
It’ll keep you thinner, happier and even save you money. And it’s free!
(I can’t think of too many other things that offer up all that.)
I tend to stick to the plan about 70% of the time, it drops to 50% when we’re super busy. That said, I’m still happier I planned my supper than when I didn’t.
