Meal planning template

A big part of staying calm with an active life is planning your dinners.
(I do it a week at a time.)

It’ll keep you thinner, happier and even save you money. And it’s free!
(I can’t think of too many other things that offer up all that.)

I care so much about this that I made a template for you to use.

I tend to stick to the plan about 70% of the time, it drops to 50% when we’re super busy. That said, I’m still happier I planned my supper than when I didn’t.

    How come I have made a version of your meal planner half-a-dozen times and have NEVER printed it out. I think I was waiting for this printable. Thank you! I plan our meals a week at at time, too.
